Information We Provide You Via Electronic Communication
By participating in Claimtrack, you have elected to receive confidential information regarding your personal injury claim in accordance with our 4-Step process. Please be aware that personal injury claim information can take between 1-3 weeks to be processed and updated to your Claimtrack client account. If you have multiple individuals (i.e., driver and passengers) involved in your personal injury claim, each of you may receive updates at different times. Please contact the offices of Venerable Injury Law if you have further questions regarding any portion of your personal injury claim. Additionally, if you fail to receive an update from Venerable Injury Law and its personnel by the time it was expected, please contact the offices of Venerable Injury Law for further inquiry.
As a user of Claimtrack, you may be notified by e-mail when there is new information for you in your Claimtrack client account. This means that any person with access to your e-mail will be able to see the notice. While the e-mail message will just ask you to log in to Claimtrack to retrieve the information, you need to understand that the email will disclose that you have Claimtrack activity. Thus, it will be your responsibility to use an email address that provides you with the level of confidentiality you desire.
We afford the same degree of confidentiality to personal injury claim information stored on Claimtrack and through Claimtrack communications as we afford to personal injury claim information stored by Venerable Injury Law in any other medium. Venerable Injury Law’s Privacy Statement applies to the information in Claimtrack.
Temporary Suspension and Termination of Access
We do not guarantee that Claimtrack will be continuously available. There may be periods of time when we suspend all users’ access in order to perform maintenance of the system. Additionally, we may terminate the Claimtrack program or your individual access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon any suspension or termination, outstanding Claimtrack communications will be addressed by other appropriate methods and you will continue to be able to request access to your personal injury claim information through traditional means.
Ongoing Conditions Regarding Access by Client Representatives
If your Claimtrack access is for another person, for instance a child or an adult for whom you are serving as an intermediary, your Claimtrack access will be at all times subject to our policies regarding third party access to this information.
