- Fully implemented our case management/communication platform and client portal known as ClaimTrack (patent pending).
- Temporarily transitioning to remote work for all of our staff, effective Friday, March 20, 2020.
- Discontinuing communication through our SMS texting line of (323) 765-8529.
- Clients will only be able to communicate with your case specialist through the ClaimTrack app using the Live Chat or the Update Request feature.
We know that the current situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic has many of you concerned about how the constantly evolving environment will affect your cases. Please be aware that we, as a firm and as your legal representatives, are doing everything we can to ensure that we are using best practices in moving your case(s) forward, despite the challenges ahead. As part of this mission, we have fully implemented our case management/communication platform and client portal known as ClaimTrack that will give all of your cases the competitive edge out in the personal injury marketplace. This means that even if Los Angeles or California goes into complete quarantine and lockdown, we will still be able to take active measures to protect the integrity of your case(s).
Thus, we kindly ask that our clients immediately download our official mobile app, ClaimTrack, to your phone. Through the app, you will be able to obtain up-to-date case status, upload documents and receive documents from our office, view your case information/updates and communicate with firm personnel.
Please note that our office line of (213) 383-2332 will still be in service. However, in an effort to maintain efficiency while we all work through this time, all case update inquires will be answered through ClaimTrack only. You must utilize the app to check in during your doctor’s visits since it is vital to your case to maintain a proper record of all of your medical visits. Furthermore, you can maintain a pain journal of the day-to-day effects this accident has had on your life in order to boost the value of your case. Utilizing these features and more earns you points with our office, which will be automatically be tracked in your ClaimTrack profile. Your points may earn you participation rewards such as gift cards and movie tickets! Please make sure you have downloaded the mobile app by the end of the business day on Friday, March 20th.
