Mariana Vargas

Mariana is a Senior Client Advocate in the pre-litigation department at Venerable Injury Law, with years of experience under her belt and a particular specialty in handling premises liability and motor vehicle accident claims.

Mariana has handled cases from the intake stage through settlement, so she is well aware of the potential issues that may arise at any time during the claims process. She has handled numerous types of insurance claims and has knowledge working with standard and nonstandard insurance companies, as well as commercial carriers. In addition to her expansive case handling and insurance claim experience, she also has strong negotiating skills that she brings to bear for our client’s advantage.

Mariana’s positive attitude and energy are evident in her work ethic and direct feedback from clients. Through her work at the firm, Mariana has discovered that her passions are to serve, educate, and assist injured victims to recover during difficult times.
