Geraldine is a Client Advocate II at Venerable Injury Law. In that role, Geraldine provides the necessary guidance and tools a client needs on their path to recovery. She actively assists in the development of a client’s bodily injury claim by ensuring that each client has access to the same protocols, evaluations, tools, and opportunities to maximize their claim value.

Geraldine’s professional history in customer experience and guest services as part of a Fortune 100 company allows her to connect with clients on a personal level, reassuring them that their claim is in capable hands. Every day, Geraldine tries to hold close to Maya Angelou’s words, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.

Geraldine understands that the voice of a victim can be drowned out in the chaotic aftermath of an accident, so she endeavors to amplify each victim’s voice to ensure that his/her story of pain and loss will not be overlooked. Moreover, the primary motivation driving Geraldine’s professional activities is the desire to help others in need. Accordingly, her main objective in any personal injury claim is to make sure that when a client is done with treatment, they are as healthy — mentally, physically, and financially — as they were prior to the accident.
